Together with the consortium members of BakeryTechChina, Integrated Bakery participates in the Bakery China exhibition in Shanghai from 9-12 May.

A common goal is to put the enormous knowledge and experience that we have in the Netherlands in the field of mechanization of the production of bakery goods on the map, while maintaining high product quality and flexibility within the bakery production. In China, bread and pastry consumption is growing enormously, and with it the need to mechanize production. We can use our knowledge and experience to help China in their next step. 

Baking demonstrations by Peter Bienefelt

Peter Bienefelt will give two spectacular demonstrations on the booth on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 May. He is master boulanger and this year he became world champion at the Bakery Masters in Paris. By winning this title he may call himself world master baker.
