Meet us at the südback fair

südback is one of the most important trend trade fairs for the bakery and confectionery industry in Germany. The fair is in great demand. It is the perfect place for exchanging ideas, opinions and information, as well as for the presentation of trends, developments and technical innovations. The bakers’ forum, confectioners’ forum and südback Trend Award are tremendously popular.

The focus of the fair covers the areas services, information and management, sales promotion, merchandise, working and operating technology, office fixtures and fittings and raw materials for bakers and confectioners. Snacks and the growing out-of-home market are getting more attention at the südback.

The fair takes place in Stuttgart from 23-26 September. The last edition in 2016 saw almost 39.000 visitors and 691 exhibitors from 23 countries. The location of the Messe Stuttgart is extremely easy to reach. Located right next to the airport, and with a lot of parking space.
